Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Director

We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team in Europe. This role requires a trusted advisor who can assist hotel chains to navigate the complexities of the travel technology ecosystem and make informed decisions in areas such as distribution, business intelligence, marketing technologies, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how Latam hotel chains function and operate, as well as familiarity with the technology solutions adopted by these chains to achieve their commercial objectives.

  • Build and manage strategic alliances with regional and local partners (e.g. RMS, PMS, booking engines, OTAs) to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Define and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with RateGain's GTM strategy in LATAM to ensure seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • Identify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystem to create new revenue streams and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to structure and execute partnership agreements that meet both parties' needs.
  • Represent RateGain in industry events and partnership meetings to promote our brand and solutions, build relationships, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline and revenue to optimize partnerships and improve outcomes.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership outcomes and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
