Opportunity for a Sales Manager

São Paulo is the perfect place to find a new opportunity as a sales manager. We are looking for someone who can lead and develop a team of Inside Sales professionals, ensuring engagement and results.

Key Requirements
  • A high-performance leader, with experience in managing teams of internal sales and focusing on growth and sustainable results.
  • A solid background in managing call center teams and/or sales channels.
  • Availability for national travel.
  • Differential: experience in retail and remote teams.
  • An analytical, strategic, and goal-oriented profile.
Job Responsibilities
  • Led and developed the Inside Sales team, ensuring engagement and results.
  • Acted on existing results, creating strategies to expand and optimize them.
  • Structured processes and implemented best practices for sales management.
  • Monitored indicators, identified opportunities, and proposed innovative solutions.
Compensation

Fixed salary estimated: R$ 10,000.00;

Variation between R$ 6,000.00 and R$ 8,000.00 (according to performance);

Comprehensive benefits package.
