">Job Description:
">- Monitor and provide the best experience for merchants
- Monitor KPIs such as payment approval rate, chargeback rate, and refund rate
- Suggest and lead improvement initiatives
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data, charts, and spreadsheets
- Present performance insights and issue resolutions
- Create presentations with key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
- Handle daily merchant requests
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Reading, understanding, and analyzing data
- Experience with SQL and Queries
- Fluency in English
