Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality recruitment projects for clients across LATAM, aligning with their business objectives and expectations.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, fostering strong relationships and delivering results-driven recruitment services.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, or project management, with relevant experience supporting the LATAM region.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry standards across LATAM markets.
