About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our commercial operations in Brazil as the General Manager. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth, lead a dynamic team, and make a significant impact on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an office consisting of 18 enthusiastic employees in Brazil.
  • Significantly increase the sales turnover in Brazil.
  • Maintain and optimize relations with key accounts.
  • Develop new business opportunities in the market.
  • Responsible for implementing our corporate identity, brand image, and values in the Brazilian market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or higher in business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years commercial management experience in an international company.
  • Business to Business sales experience with a proven ability to build up a network.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian business culture is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills at different levels.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken and also in English.
  • Previous or current experience of living and working in Brazil.
