Key Responsibilities:
As a Partner Development Manager, you will:

  • Lead and oversee strategic partner initiatives within the Brazilian public sector.
  • Develop and implement a structured approach to penetrate new markets and establish foundational partner sales operations.
  • Foster relationships with C-level executives and field representatives of key strategic partners.
  • Drive thought leadership on cloud adoption strategies tailored for the public sector.
  • Collaborate with various AWS teams to open new sales channels and influence government policies.
  • Execute the strategic business development plan while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Keep leadership informed on progress towards objectives and assist in preparing content for management reviews.
  • Work with partners to create and implement joint sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Engage with the partner's sales organization to generate revenue opportunities for AWS.
  • Identify customer segments and industry verticals to present joint value propositions.
  • Ensure partner success in utilizing AWS services.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and liaise with legal teams.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in executing complex initiatives in business or government settings in Brazil.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including business development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth knowledge of government technology policies and trends.
  • Proven experience in partner-led sales.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and diverse cultures effectively.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies.
