We're seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Care professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, combined with a solid understanding of technical support principles and a drive to continuously improve processes and services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences;

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Proficiency in SQL, programming logic, and computer networks;
- Fluency in Advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and colleagues.
