We're seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Care professional to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Proficiency in SQL, programming logic, and computer networks;
  • Fluency in Advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and colleagues.
