Business Development Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our distribution partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with distributors and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support distributors in developing their business plans and strategies
  • Run quarterly business reviews with LATAM distributors to review past performance and plan for future growth
  • Drive sales campaigns and promotions with VAD teams to achieve optimal results
  • Liaise between distributors and Autodesk to facilitate effective communication and ensure common goals and strategies
  • Collaborate with GBS, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure back-office support for distributors
  • Coordinate business strategies and plans with distributors to maximize performance
  • Work with Autodesk's Channel and Sales Managers to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with sales objectives
  • Monitor and support the execution of marketing activities where distributors play a key role
  • Ensure timely generation and effective leverage of MDP budgets to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of work experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of channel management and distribution principles
  • Ability to influence and motivate without direct authority
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficient in English and Spanish; additional Portuguese fluency highly preferred
