We are seeking a highly ambitious and skilled sales professional to join our team remotely in the LATAM region. This is a remarkable opportunity for someone who wants to shape the future of crypto with a leading global brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our client base and driving new revenue through business development across LATAM. You will identify fresh business opportunities by employing a mix of inbound and outbound sales strategies while collaborating closely with various teams to enhance our product suite.
The Opportunity- Support the sales effort across LATAM, drive client and volume growth for our institutional product suite.
- Generate, filter, and pursue client leads, including responding to inbound opportunities and assisting team members in doing the same.
- Build trustworthy relationships with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how we can generate value for them.
- Partner up with various teams to provide market intelligence, develop new product features, and leverage competitive advantages.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads and enhance our brand presence.
- Be an advocate in promoting our full product suite of products, services, and company values to new and existing clients.
- Over 5 years of experience in trading environments and/or traditional finance sales, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales and expanding business within the sales segment.
- Preferably, you have experience at a company specializing in financial products for clients. If not, a strong conviction in the future of crypto is highly valued and can be a great complement to your background.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex problems, conduct analysis, and identify innovative solutions.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations with a proven ability to navigate and ensure adherence to evolving frameworks.
- A robust personal network within the financial services sector, particularly with a focus on clients.
- Fearlessness to innovate boldly, move swiftly, and take calculated risks.
- Passion about the cryptocurrency world and a learning attitude about new trends.
- Located in the LATAM region (Mexico or Brazil), with fluency in both English and Spanish.
