As a GTM Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our commercial teams with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams to:

  • Partner with leadership to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic plans to address these gaps through targeted trainings, resources, and enablement tools.
  • Orchestrate the creation of enablement programs that align with key business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by facilitating onboarding and upskilling programs that cater to both new and seasoned team members.
  • Maintain an extensive enablement content library that serves as a valuable resource for the entire commercial organization.
  • Drive ongoing improvement by measuring program effectiveness and adapting strategies based on actionable outcomes.
