We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and providing expert knowledge on our product portfolio.
Responsibilities- Proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using our products and services.
- Manage relationships with senior level technical personnel and decision makers to drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Advanced knowledge of technical products and their applications.
- Excellent understanding of product configurations and pricing.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership.
