Job Opportunity for CRM Executive

We are seeking a seasoned CRM professional to join our Digital Marketing Solutions team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM with working knowledge of sophisticated marketing automation solutions and be able to analyze data issues and produce working solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze campaign results and reporting campaign performance, summarizing key insights, and offering recommendations.
  • Work with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to design and create world-class CRM campaigns.
  • Serve as a point of contact for data integration for multiple platforms and systems ensuring integrated program management and optimal use of third-party programs and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in CRM with working knowledge of sophisticated marketing automation solutions (preferred platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze).
  • Ability to analyze data issues and produce working solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in data management and transforming including best practices and writing SQL queries.
  • Working knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
