This RoleWe're seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst in São Paulo to design and implement learning programs, tools, and initiatives that empower our sales team to excel. You'll work closely with the sales team to identify knowledge and process gaps and develop solutions to address them. As our ideal candidate, you're a professional with a strong ability to identify performance gaps in sales teams, a passion for helping others, and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the commercial team to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to increase sales productivity.
- Design, develop, and implement learning tools and programs to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure effective communication of processes to the sales organization.
- Analyze key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor the impact of initiatives and continuously improve processes and programs.
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales enablement or a related role.
- Ability to lead group meetings and train field sales teams.
- Data-driven approach to problems and solid analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Intermediate oral and written English skills preferred.
