Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities and managing the sales process through to closure of the sale. This position requires strong sales skills, excellent presentation skills, and a proven track record of quota achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-size enterprise accounts in the Public Sector segment in Fortaleza.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Utilize sales experience and industry knowledge to close large deals and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of field sales experience.
- Proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.
- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
- Self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle.
