IT Operations Engineer for Sales Enablement

A highly skilled and experienced IT Operations Engineer is required to support global sales systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of key applications related to pricing, product catalogs, and configurations.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Operation and maintenance of multiple Sales Readiness relevant applications, including troubleshooting, rapid diagnosis, and resolution of user issues/incidents within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaboration with up/down-stream system IT engineers to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Primary analysis and trouble shooting of technical issues in collaboration with L3 teams.
  • Responsible for intelligent operation solutions/fulfillment such as automation and AI-driven processes, delivering solutions based on operational data analysis, and engaging/collaborating with relevant development teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years working experience in Java development, Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL, or other common databases preferred. Quick learners able to understand and master Lenovo business processes and relevant technical skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain resolutions to non-technical users of the application, and experienced in driving multiple stakeholders to alignment.
  • Strong self-motivation and ownership, supporting on-call duty shifts out of working hours when required.
  • English language proficiency - advanced level.
  • Team player and quick learner, able to work effectively with team members across sites.
