Compensation Lead

We seek an experienced Compensation Lead to oversee compensation operations for Brazil, with additional exposure to LATAM compensation processing for Chile, Colombia, and Mexico. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Brazilian compensation regulations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Extensive experience in compensation processing and management, with specific expertise in Brazilian compensation
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions
  • Experience with LATAM compensation processing, particularly in Chile and Colombia, is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with US and Canada compensation systems and exposure to North American compensation regulations is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of compensation processes, including taxation, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
  • Proficient in using compensation software and systems; experience with Oracle, CloudPay, ADP, or similar compensation platforms is preferred
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous
