Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth across all areas of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to generate, drive, and increase revenue across all areas of the hotel.
- Continuously monitor results and adjust strategies and activities to ensure targets are met.
- Lead and manage the Sales Team, from hiring and onboarding to team development, creating a proactive and high-performance environment where the team can achieve its goals.
- Work closely with the entire Ennismore team as well as the global Accor team, fostering a strong connection.
- Use local market knowledge to stay one step ahead of the competition.
- Ensure key information and insights are shared across departments to increase revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage a client portfolio, take the lead in price negotiations and client management, and ensure that we maximize our market share.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the Austrian market.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and goal-oriented.
- Ability to bring structured work methods to a dynamic environment that relies on flexibility and speed in many aspects.
- Strong team leader with the ability to manage and inspire others to perform at their best.
- Combination of analytical and methodical thinking with great attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent relationship builder, comfortable working with other teams and leaders, and driven to achieve great things together.
