This role involves leading a team of technical experts in providing onsite support services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and business acumen, with the ability to devise customer-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee multiple critical or high-risk technology areas or customer groups, integrating technical proficiency and business insight to drive customer satisfaction.
- Deliver strategic account support by consistently upholding advanced technical and operational prowess and staying abreast of industry dynamics.
- Evaluate support plans based on business indicators and align them with the organization's service solutions.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with complex and strategic customer accounts, nurturing growth and development.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant, providing expert guidance on service delivery, business, technology, industry, or specific applications.
- Design and execute support solutions, leading the team's efforts towards comprehensive solution planning, execution, and management.
- Develop and present Value Based Delivery (VBD) account plans tailored to specific accounts and lead customer expectation management within the escalation process.
- Contribute inputs to operational methods and initiatives that could impact business management strategies within a given geographic area.
- Apply advanced subject matter knowledge, lead, and contribute to complex projects, exercising independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
- A four-year or graduate degree in computer science, information systems, or any related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in HP products in customer base, account management, computer customer support, onsite customer support, mission-critical systems experience, or a related field.
