Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop talent within the telesales team
  • Manage and refine sales processes to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-year degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
  • Proven experience leading a large sales team
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for sales and customer acquisition
