Role Overview

Adaptive Teams is seeking a skilled Outbound Sales Representative to drive growth by reactivating leads and setting high-quality sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outreach efforts via calls, emails, and texts to re-engage leads from a historical pipeline.
  • Set a minimum of 10 Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) per week, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to nurture and qualify leads.
  • Utilize CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) to track and manage leads accurately.
  • Assist with special outreach campaigns and market research, maintaining a results-oriented focus.
  • Work with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead qualification strategies.

  • Proven experience in high-volume outreach with a strong track record of setting qualified meetings.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining productivity.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
