Role Overview

Yalent is seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, qualifying potential clients, and connecting them with innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

This role is ideal for candidates based in Brazil with experience in B2B sales. You will work in a remote setting, with flexible working hours and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, connecting with key decision-makers to present Yalent's innovative products and solutions.
  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads.
  • Set appointments and schedule demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Manager to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies, driving appointment-setting initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up.
  • Stay focused on meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide feedback from outbound sales activities to inform marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.
  • Develop effective email sequences and outreach strategies to maximize appointment opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in remote outreach methods such as cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
  • Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Proven lead generation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and other sales technologies.
  • Clear understanding of the US market.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
