About the Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness in all bar areas to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Clean table areas to prevent spills and accidents.
  • Communicate effectively with floor bartenders to guarantee prompt and accurate service.
  • Adhere to opening and closing shift checklists to maintain consistency.
  • Create high-quality drinks using precise recipes and techniques.
  • Report any notable events during shifts to supervisors for further action.
  • Complete daily tasks according to weekly schedules to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a bartender is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks is necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer software is required.
  • A second language may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
