The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities, ensuring timely and compliant handling of grievances and discipline requests, and providing advice and counsel to ER/LR Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage assigned operational activities to achieve target key performance indicators, operational level agreements, and service levels.">
  • Ensure timely and compliant handling of all assigned grievance, discipline, and policy interpretation requests.">
  • Conduct collective bargaining agreement negotiations and contract administration.">
  • Be the focal point for labor relations matters at the manufacturing plant.">
  • Drive direct interventions with Managers and employees on most sensitive cases and escalations.">
  • Stay current on country employment and labor practices, ensure workplace policies are current and in compliance with applicable local laws, and notify management of regulatory changes.">
  • Develop ER/LR policies for a region or a country.">
  • Attend hearings at Courts, the Ministry of Labor, and other government agencies.">
  • Deliver ER/LR training for ER professionals, BUHR, and People Leaders.">
  • Lead ER/LR projects.">
  • Deliver ER/LR change and communications work, including stakeholder management.">
  • Develop staff capability, knowledge, skills, and understanding of the country and work locations by organizing frequent functional/operational training and knowledge sharing activities.">
  • Conduct environmental scans and participate in significant workplace events, such as RIFs and M&As.">
  • Understand Key Performance Indicators and operational metrics critical to managing service delivery to achieve Service Level Agreements and meet customer service standards.">
  • Make recommendations on continuous improvement opportunities to enhance provision of services by reviewing and providing feedback on operational processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.">
  • A minimum of 6 years progressive HR experience with a concentration in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Generalist experience researching, investigating, and addressing employee misconduct and below job performance standards.">
  • Strong Labor Relations and change management background.">
  • Strong leadership skills with global leadership experience and understanding of regional differences.">
  • Ability to establish a culture focused on speed, accountability, and continuous improvement while building employeecentric repeatable and sustainable processes.">
  • Relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills with leaders at all levels and key stakeholders.">
  • Advanced English level.">
