We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of large-scale projects and ensuring their successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Ensure project management is conducted in accordance with established company guidelines
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet project milestones
  • Financial Insights and Reporting: Provide financial insights and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of risks and opportunities
  • Change Management: Communicate change management to functional teams regarding changes in processes
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, track, resolve issues, and communicate status of issues to functional teams
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and project execution
  • Financial Advisory: Advise on cost management, resource allocation, and financial best practices to drive project success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional Experience: Experience in finance positions (FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, OTR Finance, Commercial Finance, others)
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and senior stakeholders
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools and techniques
  • ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software
