We are seeking a skilled Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to educate them on our sports betting and gaming services.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Contacting existing customers to reactivate their accounts and promote special offers tailored to their preferences.
- Developing strong customer relationships and enhancing engagement through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
- Implementing customer retention strategies to increase business loyalty and drive new customer acquisition.
- Collaborating with the CRM team and other departments to ensure high-level campaign results.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in outbound calling or sales, which is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A comfortable working style in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- An interest in sports and gaming, although not essential.
