The Customer Service Representative role entails responding to client inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to promptly resolve a customer's issue. The ideal candidate should be willing to listen, learn, and address any customer inquiry.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service and focus on assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
- Respond to and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems.
- Learn and adhere to all customer service procedures and policies.
- Aim to meet and exceed personal and team target goals.
- Document, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes.
- Upsell opportunities as needed.
- Schedule callbacks and appointments to resolve customer needs.
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and other platforms.
- Basic computer skills and experience.
- Multitasking abilities.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Active listening, information relay, and question-answer skills.
