Technical Support Professional
Provide expert technical support to customers using our software.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates on support requests.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage and resolve incidents within contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of experience providing technical software support.
- Expertise in cloud applications, infrastructure, and services.
- Familiarity with commercial customer incident tracking systems and CRM platforms.
- Advanced exposure to broad technical skills, including Java, XML, JSON, and 3-tier application architecture.
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong business acumen and sound judgment when making decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Availability for occasional travel to other offices for training and meetings.
