Reservations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for managing the reservations process, ensuring seamless guest arrivals, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in leading a team and driving results. You will be responsible for:
- Team Leadership: Direct, guide, and train the Reservations team members on their core duties, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve Reservation KPIs for ALL membership enrollment, focusing on driving LQA and ensuring all arrivals are seamless.
- Operational Excellence: Close liaison with the Reservations and Revenue regional teams on availability, pricing, and methodology, ensuring stop sales are enforced when directed by the hotel GM & Revenue Regional Director.
- Guest Experience: Ensure all arrivals are seamless by managing all arrival checks in conjunction with the reservations and front office teams, processing and inputting reservations following hotel standard operating procedures.
- Group Reservations: Coordinate group reservations, ensuring contract rates are loaded correctly into reservations to maximize efficiency and eliminate revenue rebates.
- Selling Approach: Maintain a positive selling approach to maximize yield in both occupancy and business forecasting.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong Leadership Skills: A guest-focused personality, prior management or leadership experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hotel PMS systems, such as Opera and Opera Cloud, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
