Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our European Infrastructure Sales Team in central Germany. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing in-country sales strategy for the Service Provider business while working in close coordination with in-country and regional field sales and systems engineering teams.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within OLO's (other network operators) and Service providers and their Data Centers.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify, engage, and build relationships with key consultants, contractors, integrators, and other vendors.
  • Represent CommScope at telecom and technology customer forums and events.
  • Maintain and manage an opportunity funnel along with ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting to regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with regional sales leadership to develop a detailed plan to secure significant opportunities across the DACH region.
  2. Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within OLO's and Service providers.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of OLO's, Service Providers & Data Centre infrastructures.
  4. Utilize strong consultative skills to understand how to connect easily with potential clients and identify new business prospects and markets.

Qualifications / Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
  • 6+ years of sales management experience.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and computer skills.
  • Ability to travel upwards of 50% in the DACH region.

Salary Range: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
