SolarEdge: Unlocking the Power of Clean Energy

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Southeast region in Brazil, driving growth and success in the solar energy market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and close sales opportunities in the Southeast region, aligning with our strategic plans and financial objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts, leveraging our global leadership in smart energy technology.
  3. Pursue direct sales leads with installers and EPCs, supporting them in system planning and design to implement SolarEdge solutions.
  4. Provide regular revenue forecasts and review sales results to ensure targets are met, taking corrective action where necessary.
  5. Nurture relationships with leading PV project developers to maintain SolarEdge as the supplier of choice for their installations.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in a related technical discipline, such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in technical sales, with a solid track record of overachievement and successfully growing market share.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand the SolarEdge product line, conveying advanced technical benefits to potential customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in English, with experience working for an international organization a plus.
