Sales Manager for Southeast Region

SolarEdge: Unlocking the Power of Clean Energy
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Southeast region in Brazil, driving growth and success in the solar energy market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close sales opportunities in the Southeast region, aligning with our strategic plans and financial objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts, leveraging our global leadership in smart energy technology.
- Pursue direct sales leads with installers and EPCs, supporting them in system planning and design to implement SolarEdge solutions.
- Provide regular revenue forecasts and review sales results to ensure targets are met, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Nurture relationships with leading PV project developers to maintain SolarEdge as the supplier of choice for their installations.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in a related technical discipline, such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in technical sales, with a solid track record of overachievement and successfully growing market share.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand the SolarEdge product line, conveying advanced technical benefits to potential customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluency in English, with experience working for an international organization a plus.
