Technical Sales Manager

Job Summary
Crown is a leader in oil seed extraction technology and refining plants, serving global customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Our passion for delivering superior quality and value has made us a preferred partner in the agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales organization to drive new customer opportunities and build strong relationships
- Develop and manage technical sales tool-kits, including sizing programs and sales flow diagrams
- Support the development of marketing collateral and assist with new innovation launches
- Deliver against sales goals by supporting sales, sales support, and aftermarket teams
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
- 5+ years of experience in engineering or operations within the oilseeds complex
- Demonstrated sales support experience and a strong competitive desire to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with process modeling and customer relationship management
- Ability to communicate in a second language, preferably European or Asian languages
