We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts in Brazil.
This role will focus on expanding our client base, promoting our corporate, fiduciary, and estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and wealth management firms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in Brazil.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, referrals, and industry events.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, re-engage former ones, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Represent the firm at meetings and events in Brazil, promoting thought leadership and enhancing brand presence.
- Cross-sell services with colleagues across jurisdictions to maximize client opportunities.
- Leverage digital tools to manage pipelines, track sales activity, and maintain client records.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or client-facing roles within a law firm or corporate services provider.
- Strong knowledge of offshore company structures and estate planning solutions.
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Native Portuguese and fluent English required; Spanish is an asset.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
