Strategic Labor Relations Director for Latam

This role will lead the development and implementation of effective labor relations strategies across Latam, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
We are seeking an experienced Labor Relations Manager to join our team in Querétaro, México. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor relations, with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, functional leaders, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement labor relations strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Collaborate with HRBP's and COE's to ensure compliance with human resource policies and procedures.
- Participate in negotiations and ensures compliance with agreements reached with unions, guaranteeing fair and equitable working conditions.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on labor laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Masters in Labor and Human Resources a plus.
- At least three to five years of related experience required, including previous people management experience.
- The role will require occasional travel to various manufacturing sites across Latam.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
