About the Role

As a SAP iXp Intern - Solution Support Engineer - CSA, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and prompt technical support to customers and partners using SAP tools and support systems. You will work directly with customers and partners to solve technical issues and ensure seamless communication workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support via multiple channels
  • Collaborating with fellow support colleagues and development teams to provide superior customer service
  • Sharing knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in the SAP Community
  • Effectively handling difficult customer interactions and challenging customer problems
  • Maintaining poise and professionalism in all customer interactions
  • Performing analysis in customer's frontend and backend systems
  • Adapting to business needs and working flexible hours, including weekends
  • Engaging with and driving customer support initiatives
Requirements
  • Full-time experience in technical support, software development, IT, or quality assurance
  • Understanding and adoption of product support E2E methodologies
  • Experience working with customers across multiple channels
  • 3rd level degree in IT or related discipline
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Fast learning skills with IT affinity
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of German an advantage
  • Outstanding customer interaction skills
  • Analytical outlook with good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a global team across multiple time zones and diverse cultures
Nice to Have
  • SAP qualifications such as WIPS, SAPTEC, or similar
  • Experience in ABAP or other SAP environments
  • Technical high logical understanding
  • Basic knowledge in support tools (Launchpad, SAP for Me)
  • Performing in-depth troubleshooting
  • Experience with SAP systems an advantage
  • Understanding of support processes and user management
