Are you ready to take on the role of Strategic Account Manager?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the sales territory strategy to meet sales objectives and explore new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Participate in networking and corporate events to enhance business relationships.
  • Provide post-sale support for the customer portfolio.
  • Assist in scheduling client training sessions.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with accreditation organizations.
  • Contribute to social media engagement and bidding strategies.
  • Support the broader commercial team as needed.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives when required.
  • Uphold a professional corporate image at all times.
  • Travel as necessary to engage with clients.
  • Perform any additional sales-related tasks as required.

Measurement and Success Criteria:

  • Achieve annual sales targets as outlined for the customer portfolio.
  • Effectively execute the territory plan.
  • Gather feedback from commercial customers.
  • Collaborate and provide support across departments.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with the Operations Department to ensure successful sales delivery.
  • Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and payment of sales.

We are looking for:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferably experience with CRM systems.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or training operations.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is preferred.
  • A degree in administration, commerce, or finance is desirable.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, ambitious, and organized.
