Requirements:
- Fluent English mandatory;
- Background in FMCG mandatory;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics;

- Proficient in using Business Intelligence tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP), ensuring data-driven decisions aligned with the company's profitability and competitiveness goals;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate pricing strategies and plans to stakeholders;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions;
- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn;
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams;
- Proactive and capable of independent working with the team;
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management principles;
- Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to analyze profitability and sales data;
- Proficiency in using pricing software and tools;
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence others;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
