Khan Academy Brazil is seeking a highly skilled Brazil Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping school systems implement Khan Academy to support student learning.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with school and state leaders to plan, roll out, and implement Khan Academy. You will also be responsible for proactively identifying ways to increase the success of teachers and students with our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase teacher and student engagement with Khan Academy
- Collaborate with school and state leaders to plan and implement Khan Academy programs
- Provide training and support to teachers and administrators on how to effectively use Khan Academy
- Analyze data to inform program improvements and identify areas for growth
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, and parents
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs of our school partners and the education landscape in Brazil
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about education and customer success. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in education or customer success
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking to help school partners find ideal solutions
- Deep understanding of teachers and school systems and a clear passion for education
- Outstanding communication skills, in multiple formats, including email, written documents, digital presentations, and verbal conversations
- Advanced collaboration skills – you can work with multiple teams simultaneously and know how to coordinate dependencies between them
- Project management & prioritization experience and the ability to reliably execute & support dozens of school accounts simultaneously & efficiently
- Strong data analysis skills – you are skilled at working with qualitative and quantitative volumes of data, identifying trends, and drawing evidence-based conclusions
- Portuguese and English proficiency
- Permission to work in Brasil
