We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer solutions initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading complex IT/technical/engineering programs, as well as senior customer-facing roles.
This is a highly visible role that requires effective communication skills at the C-suite/VP level, both written and verbally. You will be working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their goals.
The role demands a high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining composure under stress and responding quickly to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer solutions initiatives across multiple projects and teams
- Develop and implement comprehensive solution plans that meet customer needs
- Maintain close relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in leading complex IT/technical/engineering programs
- 10+ years in a senior customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience
- Direct experience leading large enterprise transformations using AWS/cloud services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with current technologies, especially cloud
- Self-motivated problem solver with strong analytical and technical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- SCRUM/Agile, PMP, Prince2, PgMP, SAFe certification
- AWS or other cloud certifications
- Business English language skills
- Direct experience in implementing AWS/cloud services
