We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud Support Engineer. This role will involve working with Oracle ERP Cloud in various financial modules, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and adherence to SOX standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Module Operations: General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
  • Incident Resolution: Resolve incidents and calls within set SLAs, collaborating with internal teams and vendors
  • Month-End Close: Provide support during month-end close in multiple regions (LATAM, USA, APAC)
  • Regression Testing: Execute regression tests on quarterly updates for Oracle Cloud SaaS
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with SOX processes, documentation, and evidence for audits

Requirements:

  • Oracle ERP Cloud Experience: 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Project Participation: Participated in at least 3 completed projects for Oracle Cloud implementation
  • Localization Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle localizations (LACLS) and Brazilian fiscal requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong accounting knowledge to ensure adherence to reporting finance standards
