We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our sales team in Sao Paulo. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the health of our current business relationships and driving the renewal of existing business.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and expand relationships with assigned accounts
- Identify and document client business goals, campaign briefs, and target audiences
- Increase adoption of our products through up-sell and cross-sell strategies
- Manage the renewal process and exceed renewal goals
- Advocate for customer needs for training and services
- Demonstrated progressive successful account management experience managing hundreds of customers
- Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Experience using CRM software
