Responsabilidades:- Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes e identificar oportunidades de negócio através de canais multiplos;
- Qualificar leads e apresentar soluções personalizadas, garantindo o encaixe perfeito do produto ao cliente;
- Desenvolver estratégias inteligentes para capturar oportunidades e aumentar as taxas de conversão;
- Conduzir negociações consultivas até o fechamento de contratos, utilizando habilidades persuasivas e relacionais;
- Gerenciar o funil de vendas no CRM e garantir dados atualizados, garantindo a maximização da eficiência;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de marketing e atendimento para aumentar a conversão e criar experiências incríveis aos clientes.
- Experiência em vendas B2B ou prospecção ativa;
- Familiaridade com plataformas de CRM e ferramentas digitais;
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com foco em persuasão e relacionamento;
- Perfil proativo e orientado a resultados;
- Vontade de crescer junto com a empresa e paixão por processos comerciais bem estruturados.
- Conhecimento em tecnologia e metodologias de vendas consultivas;
- Habilidade em prospecção multicanal e em metodologias de vendas consultivas.
