Job Summary

This exciting opportunity involves driving project initiatives to enhance merchant experience. The successful candidate will work closely with an international team from 26 countries, leveraging expertise in user experience and indicator systems to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain insights into merchants' genuine needs and identify industry-specific issues on various platforms.
  • Drive the initiation, implementation, and achievement of results for projects within the company, including product projects and process improvements projects.
  • Establish a comprehensive merchant experience indicator system and guide project advancement through monitoring and operation of experience indicators.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in operational experience in user experience.
  • Familiarity with building and operating indicator systems, as well as research tools and methods for analyzing research results.
  • Effective project management capabilities to collaborate with multiple parties to ensure project outcomes are achieved.
  • A product-oriented mindset.
  • Priority given to those familiar with the food delivery industry, with experience in internet companies preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages.
