Job Title: Senior Operations Leader

The New Business Operations team is the key driver between strategy and execution. We take strategic agreements forged by our Business Development team and turn them into fully operational, scalable, and successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing end-to-end operational processes to launch and scale new strategic partnerships.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of operations managers and analysts, setting high standards for data-driven decision-making and execution excellence.
  • Serving as the primary operational counterpart for strategic partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis, customer segmentation, and financial modeling to identify risks, opportunities, and pathways for growth within partnerships.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and building dashboards to track operational health and commercial success of initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in roles like business operations, sales operations, management consulting, or similar analytical and strategic functions.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; hands-on proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to think big picture while mastering operational details.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
