Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Enterprise Customer Success Engineer. As a strategic partner, you'll leverage our solutions to drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency.


About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong background in industrial environments, with experience working with Fortune 500 companies. You'll be responsible for developing and executing maintenance plans, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with client teams to resolve complex issues.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic maintenance plans to drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth training sessions for operational teams and executives to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with client teams on the factory floor to resolve complex maintenance challenges.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value and share insights.
  • Serve as a liaison between client teams and internal engineering to address advanced technical issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial environments, preferably in production or maintenance roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of predictive maintenance and factory floor operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience working with C-level executives and factory teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
