**Job Description:**

We are looking for a seasoned Incident Manager to lead our incident management lifecycle. This individual contributor role will leverage their experience in building and managing enterprise incident management processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop a formalized incident management process and playbooks across five key areas: monitoring, management, communication, root-cause-analysis, and measurement.
  • Partner with software and security operations teams to manage major or cross-merchant incidents.
  • Establish internal processes and monitoring mechanisms to monitor, assess, and classify incidents or potential incidents.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid incident and program management experience in a software or financial institution environment.
  • Understanding of Incident Management methodologies and processes (CritSit, ITIL, ITSM).
  • Clear and efficient communication and notification methodology to manage incidents and stakeholder expectations.
  • Leadership outside of direct reporting lines.
