Develop and execute campaigns to drive new business while maintaining key relationships with strategic accounts. Your primary goal is to sell enterprise-level solutions for project delivery, operations management, and commercial offerings into assigned accounts.

This role requires strong communication skills, fluency in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish, and experience selling software solutions in the Engineering and infrastructure sectors. A proven track record of quarterly and annual over-quota performances, as well as knowledge of ECM solutions and BIM, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts using Account Management Planning and Strategic Selling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Executives within assigned accounts by translating customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value.
  • Create effective proposals that link our solution to the user's business objectives and negotiate customer agreements.
  • Establish solid Account Business plans and ensure execution of the plan by all parties.
  • Follow a structured sales process and document sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling software solutions in the Engineering and infrastructure sectors.
  • Exceptional performance record, including quarterly and annual over-quota achievements.
  • Knowledge of ECM solutions and BIM is required.
  • Proven experience working at an executive level with accounts.
  • Strong MS Office applications proficiency.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, as well as strong presentation skills.
