About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive people development programs that cater to the diverse needs of the workforce. These programs should focus on leadership development, change management, team building, and other areas essential for organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute people development programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program implementation
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate studies and/or MBA preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English language proficiency (required)
  • Spanish language proficiency an asset
  • Certification in Coaching a plus
