Job Title: Sales Agronomic Manager

Altios International is seeking a highly skilled Sales Agronomic Manager to join its team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and distributors in Brazil, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their agricultural needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, including advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Engineering or master's degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Technician.
  • Native or advanced Portuguese, English, and French language skills.
  • Minimum 3-10 years of experience in the agricultural industry or marketing similar products.
  • Commercial profile and knowledge of commercial strategy.
  • Technical expertise in fertilizers and knowledge of the Brazilian agricultural market.
