HR Business Partner

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders, driving organizational optimization, and implementing strategic initiatives to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Optimization: Assist business leaders in developing an efficient organizational structure, aligning goals within the management team, and identifying key issues and challenges.
  • Talent Development: Utilize talent review, development, and co-creation facilitation methods to focus on recruitment, training, development, and advancement of key talents.
  • Culture Implementation: Drive the implementation and promotion of corporate culture and values within the department, organizing employee engagement and care activities to communicate company philosophy and values.
  • Strategic Partnership: Gain deep understanding of the business strategy and participate in the entire process from strategy formulation to execution, developing tailored HR plans to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of HR experience; international team experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate efficiently with international teams and partners.
  • Strong logical thinking and learning ability, solid HR fundamentals, self-driven, curious, and able to work under pressure.
