Workforce Management Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires planning, dimensioning, and scheduling of a workforce for a customer service operation. The successful candidate will ensure adequate coverage of teams 24/7, adherence to labor legislation, and operational efficiency in the service and back office areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement work shifts plans to ensure real-time monitoring and compliance control.
  • Create and maintain monthly work shifts based on demand forecast while respecting CLT requirements.
  • Prepare scaling strategies based on contact volume, productivity, and SLA targets.
  • Monitor daily compliance and propose corrective actions to prevent deviations.
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, and legal departments to ensure compliance and time control.
  • Analyze operational performance data and propose adjustments to shifts or processes to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in strategic alignment, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operational planning/WFM positions in a contact center, preferably in the iGaming sector or companies with 24/7 service.
  • Experience in preparing work shifts under the CLT regime and interpreting Brazilian labor legislation.
  • Proficiency in WFM tools, Zendesk, Slack, Google Apps, Power BI, or data analysis tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and forecasting.
  • Ability to prepare forecasts and dimensioning models.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
